St. Albans Reatha May Mitchell passed away Tuesday morning, December 29, 2015, at the Franklin County Rehab Center with her son, Lewis and daughter-in-law, Linda, at her side.
She is going to be with the Lord and husband, Herbert, and also son, William that passed earlier in the year.
Reatha was a resident of St. Albans most of her life, she enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, skiing and cooking for all the people that helped her son during sugaring time and so many other things to mention.
She loved life and loved her family with everything she had in her heart.
Reatha worked at a car dealership and continued on to C.V.P.S. as a bookkeeper. She also had worked at the family businesses of Mitchell Auto and Foundry Machine Shop.
She is survived by her son, Lewis C. Mitchell and his wife, Linda, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and so many people that loved her.
Her family would like to THANK everyone at the FRANKLIN COUNTY REHAB for all the special care and Love they gave Reatha while she was there.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at 1:00 PM at the family lot in Greenwood Cemetery on South Main Street in St. Albans.
