Jeannette Rena Bourget Waine St. Albans - Jeannette Rena Bourget Waine, died peacefully at the Northwestern Medical Center on Monday, September 10, 2007. Through her long life and brief illness she was surrounded by the love and support of her family. Jeanette was born July 15, 1922, in St. Albans to the late Alfred and Helen Bourget. She attended Holy Angels Catholic School, and graduated from Bellows Free Academy. Jeannette spent many years working for William Doolin and Company. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters. She was married to Roy Waine on June 14, 1948. Jeannette loved traveling to Maine, watching baseball, and most of all, spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Jeannette leaves a daughter, Susan Loiselle and her companion, Ted Field of Westerly, Rhode Island, a son, Roy Waine and his wife, Cathy of Georgia, and a son-in-law, Paul Parent of St. Albans. She also leaves five grandsons, Christopher Parent and his wife, Laurie of Swanton, Jay Parent of Burlington, Jeremy Loiselle and his fiancé, Jessica Beck of Norwich, Connecticut, Steven Parent and his wife, Julie of St. Albans and Alexander Waine of Georgia. She also leaves two granddaughters, Elizabeth Waine and her fiancée, Travis Fitzgerald and Victoria Waine all of Burlington. She leaves three great grandchildren, Emily Jeannette Parent of St. Albans, Kallie Roya Loiselle and Matthew Beck of Norwich, Connecticut. Jeannette is also survived by her sister, Lillian Lemaire of Vero Beach, Florida, three sisters-in-law, Betty Lang and her husband, William of St. Albans Bay, Joreen Johnson and her husband, Walter of St. Albans and Lucille Waine of Highgate. Jeannette also leaves her caregiver and devoted friend, Betty Beyor as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Waine, on March 7, 2005, her daughter, Jacqueline Parent , on February 9, 2007, and her grandson Matthew, on September 28, 1991. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 15, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. in Holy Angels Catholic Church on Lake Street, St. Albans. The Reverend Maurice J. Roy will be celebrant. Interment will follow in the Waine family lot in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Jeannette’s family will receive friends on Friday from 6 - 8 PM at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans.
