Obituary for Dorothy A. Chenery
Dorothy (Westman) Chenery Brandon/St. Albans - Dorothy (Westman) Chenery, 62, a resident of this area since 2007, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, April 22, 2008, at the King’s Daughters Home on Rugg Street. She was born on September 8, 1945 in Berlin, New Hampshire the daughter of the late Gustavus G. and Phyllis M. (Dupont) Westman. Dorothy was a former resident of Brandon, Vermont. She enjoyed gardening, loved the sport of equestrian, along with the caring and grooming of horses. Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Rivers and her companion, Zeke Cyr of St. Albans; her son, Steven Millard and his wife, Cathy of Taylor, Texas; grandchildren, Sierra Rose Wrege of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; JC Rivers and Matthew Rivers both of St. Albans and a sister, Gloria Cutler of Coventry Connecticut. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2008, at 2:00 P.M. in the First Congregational Church on the North End of Church Street, St. Albans. The Reverend Judy Steger Kennedy will officiate. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the King’s Daughters Home, 10 Rugg Street, St. Albans, Vermont 05478.
