Bakersfield Concetta Connie J. Madison a longtime area resident went to be with her loved ones in heaven on Friday, November 20, 2015, in Orlando, Florida with her loving family by her side. She was born in Rochester, NY on January 25, 1938, the daughter of the late Frank and Cosima (Mary) LoVerdi Chiappone. Connie was 77 years old. Connie was a member of Martha Washington Chapter, Order of Eastern Star in Enosburg Falls. Connie and Ralph opened Insulation Specialty, Inc. in 1986. Where she was President and also certified as a woman owned business. Along with the new business, she also ran a small dairy farm where she milked the cows each day, then got her children ready for school before going to work in the office. She was also blessed with some of the best employees an owner could ask for. Some of which have been there since the beginning, which is a testament to what kind of person she was. Most of all, she was a loving mother and Nana. Some of her favorite times were spent making a family dinner or spoiling her kids and grandchildren at the lake. Also, the times she enjoyed in Florida with her special group of friends, going to the pool or just playing cards. To those that were lucky enough to know Connie, know how special she was. She will be missed by the many lives she touched. She is survived by her children; William Madison and his girlfriend, Desiree Kane, Tori Tabor and her husband, Matt, and Ralph Madison and his companion, Chelsea Maxson, all of Bakersfield as well as her grandchildren, Cody, Dylan, Tyler and Julie Madison and Madison, Hunter and Kalli Tabor. Connie is also survived by her brother, John Chiappone and his wife, Joanne, of Rochester, NY, her brother-in-law, Richard Colucci of Naples, NY and his son, Ricky Colucci, her brother -in-law, Wayne Madison and his wife, Peggy, of Montreal, QC; nephews, Stephen Madison and his son, Markus, Harry Madison and his wife Jen, Frank Chiappone and his wife, Jackie and their children, Kaci and John, and a niece, Gina Cioppa and her partner Loretta and Ginas children; Christine and Jason Lengyel and their son, Andrew; Jennifer and Eryk Cannito and their daughters Isabella and Alexandra, and Nicole and Marc Musclow. In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph on April 4, 1997; her daughters, Tracy Ann on June 26, 1996, and Juli on June 15, 1982, and her sister, Rosalie Colucci. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 27, 2015, at 12 Noon at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 116 Church Street, Fairfield. Interment will follow in the family lot in Egypt Cemetery in East Fairfield. There will be no public calling hours.
