Carolyn M. Totten St. Albans - Carolyn M. Totten, 81 a life long resident of this area passed away Sunday evening, July 29, 2007, at the Haven Health Care Facility. She was born in St. Albans, Vermont on April 12, 1926, the youngest daughter of eleven children to the late George E. and Lena R. (Ladoux) St. Pierre. Carolyn was married to Richard M. Totten, who preceded her in death on October 2, 1974. Carolyn was educated at the Holy Angels school and graduated from St. Mary’s High School. She was employed by the former Fonda Container Corp, retiring in 1988. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting , crossword puzzles and was a former member of the Robert E. Glidden Post #758, Ladies Auxiliary. Carolyn was also an avid Judge Judy fan. Survivors include her son, Kenneth V. Williams, Jr. and his wife, Deborah of Sheldon Springs, her daughter, Pamela J. Rich and her husband, Steven of St. Albans Bay, her twin sister, Evelyn Cameron of Essex Junction, her sister, Rose Radzyminski of St. Albans , three grandchildren, Craig Rich, Craig Williams and Amy Williams, several great grandchildren many nieces and nephews and her dear friends at Heritage Lane. In addition to her parents and husband, Carolyn was preceded in death by her siblings, Raymond St. Pierre, Clarence St. Pierre, Joseph St. Pierre, Gertrude Williams, Isbelle Greenwood, Hortence Williams, Florence Lang and Anna Martel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2007, at 3:00 PM in the Heald Funeral Chapel, 87 South Main Street with the Reverend W. André Houle, Pastor of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church officiating. Carolyn’s family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will follow in the Totten family lot in Greenwood Cemetery.
