Bradley C. Lumbra, Jr. St. Albans - Bradley C. Lumbra, Jr., 40, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 15, 2008, at the Fletcher Allen Health Care with his loving family at his side. He was born in Quantico, Virginia on August 13, 1967, the son of Bradley C. and Betty (Blouin) Lumbra. Brad was a 1986 graduate of Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans and at the time of his death was employed as a truck driver for I. H. Charbonneau & Sons. He was a member of the Men’s Auxiliary of Robert E. Glidden Post 758, Veterans of Foreign Wars. Brad was a fan of NASCAR, especially Tony Stewart. He enjoyed playing pool, was a hard worker and was always tinkering around the house. Survivors include his mother, Betty of St. Albans; his father, Bradley C. Lumbra, Sr. and his wife, Marilyn of Hickory, North Carolina; his wife, Lori Rheaume Lumbra and their two sons, Eric and Jacob of St. Albans; his sisters, Wendy Kruger and her husband, Tim, and their two children, Andrew and Mallory of Hardwick; and Amy Richardson and her husband, Matt and their daughter, Megan of Essex and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Brad is also survived by Lori’s parents, Leo and Leatrice Rheaume of St. Albans; her brothers, Dale, Marc, Terry, Steven, Bruce and Bryan; her sister, Karen and their spouses. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 2:00 P.M. at Holy Angels Catholic Church on Lake Street, with the Reverend Maurice J. Roy as celebrant. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Brad’s family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 - 1:30 P.M. at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Robert E. Glidden Post 758, Community Service Fund, 353 Lake Road, St. Albans, Vermont 05478.
